Apmetrix, Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
The Data We Collect
- IP Address
- Location (city, country)
- UserID/Login ID
- Hardware Platform data (computer type, display resolution, etc.)
- Application Use Data (number of uses, length of time on web site or in a game, links clicked, options chosen, etc.)
- In-Application Purchase amounts, items purchased
The Data We DO NOT Collect
- Names (unless supplied by user in limited circumstances)
- Social Security # or EU ID # or equivalent
- Credit Card #
- Bank Information
At Apmetrix, Inc., we notify individuals about the purposes for which we collect and use information about them, how individuals can contact us with any inquiries or complaints, and the types of third parties to which we disclose the information and the choices and means we offer for limiting its use and disclosure.
Apmetrix is held to a high standard with regards to data collection and privacy. Apmetrix does not give individuals the opportunity to choose (opt out) whether their personal information will be disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual as the company is a B2B where clients of Apmetrixare responsible to provide the opportunity. Similarly, the clients of Apmetrix give individuals the opportunity to affirmatively or explicitly (opt in) consent to the disclosure of their information to a third party or used for a purpose other than its original purpose or the purpose authorized subsequently by the individual. The individual may directly contact the client of Apmetrix in case there are any questions.
Onward Transfer (Transfers to Third Parties)
If we wish to transfer information to a third party that is acting as an agent, we may do so with third parties that adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles into a written agreement with us requiring that the third party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the relevant principles.
We currently do not transfer data to non-agent third parties. If that business practice should change in the future, we will update this policy and provide individuals with appropriate choice.
Apmetrix, Inc. may be liable for appropriate onward transfer of personal information to third parties.
Apmetrix acknowledges the individual’s right to access their personal information. Individuals can ask to correct, amend, or delete personal information where it is inaccurate that Apmetrix, Inc. holds by sending a written request to the contact below, except in cases under the EU-US Privacy Shield Policy such as:
*where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy in the case in question.
*where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
*With respect to individual requests to correct, amend, or delete personal information, in cases where Apmetrix, Inc. is otherwise legally required to retain the personal information.
Apmetrix, Inc. takes reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Please note that Apmetrix, Inc. may be required to release personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Personal information must be relevant for the purposes for which it is to be used. Apmetrix, Inc. takes reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

Apmetrix, Inc. has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU-US Privacy Shield, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by Apmetrix, please visit the BBB EU Privacy Shield web site at http://www.bbb.org/EU-privacy-shield/file-a-complaint/ for more information and to file a complaint.
Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
Apmetrix, Inc. has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the US-Swiss Safe Harbor to an independent dispute resolution mechanism operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
